The PSF Specialized Cluster (PSF-SC) is an umbrella organization under the Private Sector Federation (PSF) focused on providing support and services to Women, Persons with Disabilities, and Youth Entrepreneurs across all sectors of business through Capacity Building, Advocacy, Networking, Support Services, Social Corporate Responsibility, and by forging valuable strategic Partnerships with key Stakeholders. Formed in 2022 following PSF's restructuring, PSF-SC operates around three key pillars — Advocacy & Research, Capacity Building, and Good Governance — and hosts the SheTrades Rwanda Hub as well as the Entrepreneur's Desk, a dedicated business space offering specialized services and resources for its members. PSF-SC's vision is a thriving, sustainable economy in Rwanda driven by an inclusive business sector for all entrepreneurs, and its mission is to strengthen the economic empowerment of Women, Persons with Disabilities, and Youth Entrepreneurs through strategic advocacy and enhanced business development. iSOKO is a digital trade platform designed to empower women and youth entrepreneurs by providing access to markets, trade information, and business management tools. Launched by TradeMark Africa in partnership with the PSF Specialized Cluster (PSF-SC), iSOKO makes it easier for entrepreneurs to connect with customers, expand their businesses, and take advantage of cross-border trade opportunities across East and Central Africa.
